RWA라는 이름만으로 SpaceX 주식의 직접 소유나 동일한 권리가 보장되지 않습니다. 실제 보상 상품, 발행사, 권리, 매입·수탁 방식과 전송 조건은 보상 개시 전에 별도로 공개합니다. 재료 Point는 서비스 내부 수량이며 외부 거래 자산이 아닙니다.
The name "RWA" alone does not guarantee direct ownership of SpaceX shares or equivalent rights. The actual reward product, issuer, rights, purchase and custody method, and transfer terms will be disclosed before rewards begin. Material Points are internal service quantities, not externally tradable assets.

추첨은 사전에 약속한 값과 공개된 계산 규칙으로 처리하고, 체인에 요청과 결과 검증 기록을 남깁니다. 재단이나 총판이 당첨자를 지정할 수 없습니다.
Draws use pre-committed values and published calculation rules, with requests and result verification recorded on-chain. Neither the Foundation nor distributors can choose winners.
시즌 개시 전에 재단이 RWA를 미리 매입·확보해 첫 회차를 엽니다. 판매가 이어지면 판매액 20% 기금으로 추가 매입해 회차를 하나씩 더 놓습니다. 열린 회차는 바꾸지 않습니다.
Before a season begins, the Foundation purchases and secures RWA to open the first rounds. As sales continue, the 20% fund buys more and new rounds are added one at a time. Open rounds are never changed.
예를 들어 TERRA 구매자의 기본 지급 2,000 XETF는 TERRA 머신 16회분입니다. 실제 비용은 회차를 열 때 확정해 공개합니다.
For example, a TERRA buyer's 2,000 XETF base grant covers 16 draws on the TERRA machine. Actual costs are fixed and published when each round opens.

잭팟 티켓을 뽑으면 그 시점의 해당 풀 전액을 XETF로 받습니다. 잭팟 티켓 수와 확률은 다른 상품처럼 공개하고, 현재 풀 금액은 앱에 상시 표시합니다. 뽑히지 않은 풀은 다음 시즌으로 이월하며, 잭팟은 RWA 재원과 무관합니다.
Draw a jackpot ticket and you receive the entire pool of that tier at that moment, in XETF. Jackpot ticket counts and odds are public like any other prize, and current pool amounts are always shown in the app. Unclaimed pools roll over to the next season, and jackpots are independent of RWA funds.
하위 등급 일반 아이템 2개로 바로 위 등급 일반 아이템 1개를 무작위로 얻습니다. 희귀 Key와 RWA는 만들 수 없습니다. 남는 아이템은 분해해 SPCET으로 바꾸거나 확정 제작에도 쓸 수 있습니다.
Two common items of a lower tier give one random common item of the next tier up. Rare Keys and RWA can't be made. Extra items can also be dismantled into SPCET or used for crafting.
최초에는 TERRA부터 시작하고, 같은 지갑에서 바로 다음 등급으로만 차액 구매합니다. 가격과 수량은 현재 설계 기준이며, 실제 값은 판매 회차를 열 때 확정해 구매 화면에 표시합니다. SPCET은 베스팅 일정에 따라 풀립니다.
Everyone starts at TERRA and upgrades only to the very next tier on the same wallet by paying the difference. Prices and quantities reflect the current design; the actual values are fixed when a sales round opens and shown on the purchase screen. SPCET unlocks on its vesting schedule.

같은 회차의 같은 재고 상태라면 TERRA 회원과 NEBULA 회원의 1회 당첨 확률은 완전히 같습니다. 상위 등급은 누적 결제가 많아 기본 XETF도 많으므로 시도 횟수가 많을 뿐, 한 번의 확률이 높지 않습니다.
In the same round with the same remaining inventory, a TERRA member and a NEBULA member have exactly the same odds per draw. Higher tiers receive more base XETF from larger cumulative payments, so they get more attempts — not better odds per draw.
소속 총판의 판매 한도에 도달하거나 해당 등급의 뽑을 회차가 부족하면 신규·차액 구매를 일시 중단합니다. 이미 확정된 권리와 진행 중인 주문은 영향을 받지 않습니다.
New and upgrade purchases pause when your distributor reaches its sales cap, or when a tier runs short of drawable rounds. Confirmed rights and orders in progress are not affected.

RWA 매입 기금은 재단 초기 투입과 판매액 20%로 이루어지며 RWA 선매입·추가 매입에만 씁니다. 운영비나 XETF 지원으로 돌리지 않고, 잔액과 집행 내역을 공개합니다.
The RWA purchase fund is made up of the Foundation's initial contribution and 20% of sales, and is used only to pre-purchase and add RWA. It is never diverted to operations or XETF support, and its balance and spending are disclosed.
12,000 XETF는 이 결제 한 건이 만드는 총 배정량입니다. 구매자 본인이 받는 몫은 기본 지급 2,000 XETF입니다. 수량은 내부 산정 기준 100 XETF/USD로 계산하며, XETF 시장가격·현금 환급·환매 약속이 아닙니다.
12,000 XETF is the total allocated by this one payment. The buyer's own share is the 2,000 XETF base grant. Quantities use an internal basis of 100 XETF per USD — not an XETF market price, a cash refund, or a buy-back promise.

No share in this table is set aside for the Foundation's discretion. Tokens not yet allocated are never used outside their published purpose either. Every holding address and its purpose is public.
가차 비용은 추천 네트워크에 배분하지 않습니다. 추천 보상은 패키지 구매에서만 발생합니다. 반올림 몫은 정해진 정책대로 소각합니다.
Gacha costs are never distributed to the referral network — referral rewards come only from package purchases. Rounding remainders are burned by policy.
상위 등급 구매에서도 이번에 실제 결제한 차액에만 배분을 적용합니다. XETF는 판매하지 않고 패키지 결제 보상으로만 새로 배정하며, 새로 배정하는 누적량은 총공급 100억을 넘지 않습니다. 잭팟 당첨금은 쌓인 수수료를 다시 나누는 것이라 새 배정이 아닙니다.
Upgrades allocate only on the difference actually paid. XETF is never sold — it is newly allocated only as package payment rewards, and cumulative new allocation never exceeds the 10 billion supply. Jackpot prizes redistribute accumulated fees and are not new allocation.
총판은 본사와 계약해 자기 조직의 root가 됩니다. HQ는 트리 상위에 있지 않으며 추천 수수료를 받지 않습니다. 확정 구매가 발생하면 실제 추천 경로의 상위에 XETF를 배정합니다.
Each distributor becomes the root of its own organization under a contract with HQ. HQ sits outside the tree and takes no referral commission. When a purchase is confirmed, XETF is allocated up the actual referral path.
단계 수(10 또는 15)와 비중은 소속 총판이 본사가 제시한 방식 중에서 선택한 계약 조건을 따르며, 가입·구매 전에 확인할 수 있습니다. 비중은 추천 배정 한도 내부의 비율입니다. 수혜자가 없는 단계의 물량을 다른 상위자에게 몰아주거나 HQ 수익으로 돌리지 않습니다.
The number of levels (10 or 15) and their shares follow the contract terms your distributor chose from HQ's options, and can be checked before you sign up or buy. Shares are ratios within the referral allocation cap. Amounts for levels with no recipient are never redirected to other uplines or to HQ revenue.
추천 관계는 첫 패키지 결제가 확정된 뒤 정식으로 확정됩니다. 구매하지 않은 지갑은 트리에 들어가지 않고 자리도 차지하지 않습니다.
Your referral relationship is finalized once your first package payment is confirmed. Wallets that haven't purchased don't join the tree or take up a slot.
한 지갑이 직접 추천할 수 있는 회원 수에는 한도가 있습니다(4~8명 범위, 공개 예정). 자리가 차면 다른 추천인의 코드가 필요합니다.
Each wallet can directly refer a limited number of members (4–8, to be published). When the slots are full, a different referrer's code is needed.
판매 시 5% 상당 XETF를 리저브로 적립하고, 네트워크가 정체되면 공개된 시스템 지원 노드로 배분합니다. 노드는 가짜 회원이 아니며 매출에 포함하지 않습니다.
5% worth of XETF from each sale goes into a reserve, distributed through public system support nodes when the network stalls. Nodes are not fake members and are never counted as sales.
매입 예정 금액과 이미 확보한 RWA는 다릅니다. 실제 매입·수탁과 보상 풀 입고를 확인한 수량만 새 회차의 보상 재원으로 사용합니다.
A planned purchase is not the same as secured RWA. Only quantities confirmed as purchased, held in custody and deposited into the reward pool can fund new rounds.

The Foundation's initial contribution plus 20% of sales is ring-fenced as the RWA purchase fund. Balance, reservations, transfers and custody confirmation are disclosed as separate stages.
모든 Key가 세트 완성에 쓰이더라도 지급할 수 있도록, 공개한 Key 전량의 최대 보상 책임을 먼저 확보합니다.
We secure the maximum reward liability for every published Key first, so rewards can be paid even if every Key ends up completing a set.

Buying a package allocates a tier-based amount with vesting, and from Phase 2 you can also receive it by fusing extra items. SPCET will be listed on a DEX and is being prepared for use in the Phase 3–4 meme-coin shorts and game creation services.
이미 확정된 주문의 SPCET 수량과 베스팅 일정은 바뀌지 않습니다. 새 수량 정책은 사전 공개 이후의 신규 주문에만 적용합니다.
No. SPCET quantities and vesting for confirmed orders never change. New quantity policies apply only to new orders placed after they are announced.

The Foundation doesn't hold private keys or recovery phrases, so packages, items and performance can't be moved to another wallet. A new wallet is treated as a separate account.

No. RWA is a reward for meeting published gacha and collection conditions. Buying a package does not guarantee return of principal, winning RWA, token price increases or any fixed return.
